How do I make a payment?
Your utility or service provider will supply you with a card, or barcoded bill which you just need to bring to your local PayPoint, with your cash to make your payment.  You will always get a receipt for the payments you make. 

You can also buy electronic top-up vouchers for Vodafone, O2, Meteor, 3Pay and Tesco Mobile and top selling calling cards through PayPoint. Just visit your local PayPoint and tell the retailer which top-up you want to buy as you hand over your cash.

What do I do if I have a question about my bill or service?
PayPoint does not hold any details about customer accounts, therefore you must contact your utility or service provider if you have any questions about your bill or service.
